Beeks is pleased to announce that it has successfully achieved SOC 2 Type II accreditation, a milestone that underscores the company’s unwavering commitment to the highest standards of security.
SOC 2 (System and Organization Controls) Type 2 is an internationally recognised auditing standard developed by the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA). Unlike the Type 1 report, which assesses the design of controls at a point in time, the Type 2 audit evaluates how well those controls operate over a sustained period, providing a deeper and more reliable assurance to clients.
‘Security and trust are fundamental to everything we do at Beeks,’ said Oscar Neil, CISO at Beeks Group. ‘This accreditation not only validates the robustness of our internal systems, but also provides our clients with the confidence that their infrastructure is managed with rigor and transparency.’
The successful completion of the SOC 2 Type 2 audit affirms that Beeks has implemented and maintained effective controls aligned with the Security Trust Services Criteria (TSC).
These controls apply across Beeks’ Proximity Cloud, Exchange Cloud, and Analytics solutions — enabling financial institutions to operate securely and at scale in low-latency environments.
Why This Matters for Beeks Customers:
- Independent validation of Beeks’ internal controls
- Increased trust and assurance for clients and partners
- Support for compliance and procurement in regulated industries
- Alignment with global security standards and industry best practices
Whether powering electronic trading platforms, supporting market data feeds, or enabling cloud transformation for banks and exchanges, Beeks continues to invest in the security, resilience, and governance of its services.
